1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Crown2u, an online entertainment platform operated under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Crown2u ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the crown2u platform, including the website, mobile app, games, and all services provided.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances and wins.

You are required to submit a valid proof of identity (MyKad, passport) and proof of current address when requested by the crown2u team. 3 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Crown2u is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your account information to a third party, whether intentionally or unintentionally on your part.

7 Permitted Player Conduct

Crown2u is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the crown2u platform:

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools intended to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Hacking, cyberattacks, attempts to gain unauthorised access to crown2u systems, or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any financial activity that contravenes the law.
• Cheating, colluding with other players to exploit the system, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Posting offensive, threatening, racist, or unlawful content through any crown2u communication channel.
• Registering an account under another person's name or using false identity information.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, which may include account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Crown2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe when requested.
• A member's own request to close their account.
• Regulatory compliance requirements or directives from relevant authorities.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation (for example, at your own request), any remaining balance after deducting ineligible bonuses will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method, subject to investigation and AML compliance.

9 Crown2u Liability Limits

Crown2u provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, crown2u is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by a player as a result of using the platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures beyond our control, or force majeure events.

Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or a prominent notice on the crown2u website and app at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent situations requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the crown2u platform after such amendment notice is deemed your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of crown2u's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
